Membership Registration

This form is for new members registering for the first time.
  • This will be your membership username.
  • This will be your password to log in to your "My Membership" page.
  • Member Tax-Deductible Contribution: Your membership will be effective January 1 through December 31.
  • Any amount you choose in addition to membership fee.
  • $0.00
  • Many companies will match your contribution to the friends under IRS Section 502. Please submit the "Matching Gift Form" obtained from your company so we can process their contribution.
  • You can make a difference. Meet new people and have some fun! Please consider joining a committee or group: Check as many as you'd like.
  • We send our membership newsletter via email, but if you would like to receive it via postal mail please select.
  • Friends membership runs the calendar year, January 1, through December 31. Please allow one month processing time to receive membership card.
  • Payment can be made via check or online via PayPal. For PayPal, the site will redirect you to PayPal for payment after hitting "Submit". To send a check please make payment out to Friends of the Westfield Memorial Library. Send to Friends of the Westfield Memorial Library, 550 East Broad Street, Westfield, New Jersey 07090.

    Membership will be automatically renewed yearly. You can cancel at any time by visiting your "My Membership" page and checking the cancellation box, or by emailing info@fwmlnj.org.
