Saturday Children’s Program – 3/14@ 10:00 KAREN LAND, MUSHER

Have you ever wondered…What does it feel like to ride the runners behind a team of dogs, steering a loaded sled through mountain terrain? What does it take to care for a team of Alaskan huskies? Get a sense of it all from Musher Karen Land and her Sophia, her Alaskan husky visit on Saturday.  Recommended for children age 5 and older.

This Winter the Friends of the Westfield Memorial Library are making Saturday Special with programs for children. Performers and educators entertain and engage this inquisitive group of library patrons. Please pick up tickets for the FREE programs at the Children’s Desk at the library the day of the program.  This week you can choose which show to attend, based upon availability. Space is limited, so arrive early to get your tickets.  If you have any questions please ask a Youth Services Librarian.
